Volunteer Fire & Rescue · McLennan County, Texas
We now protect the families, farms, and highways of Elm Mott, Chalk Bluff, and Lincoln City — covering the communities once served by their own volunteer departments, staffed by neighbors who give their time so help is always close.
By the numbers
Total dispatched calls have risen 26% over three years — alongside an ISO upgrade to Public Protection Class 5/5X.
Who we are
Elm Mott Fire Rescue, Station 36, is a volunteer department that responds to structure fires, grass and vegetation fires, motor-vehicle accidents along Interstate 35, and medical emergencies across roughly 40 square miles of McLennan County.
Every dollar donated and every volunteer hour goes directly toward equipment, training, and readiness — keeping our two stations prepared to roll the moment a call comes in.
